Ingredients

Base Blend

  • 1 cup (240 ml) strongly brewed coffee, chilled
  • ¾ cup (180 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 1–2 tsp granulated sugar or maple syrup (optional)

Ice & Texture

  • 1½ cups ice
  • Optional: 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream or ¼ frozen banana

Finishing Touches

  • Whipped cream (dairy or coconut-based)
  • 1–2 mini Reese’s cups, coarsely crushed
  • Extra drizzle of chocolate or caramel syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep Glass: Drizzle ½ tsp chocolate syrup inside a tall glass or mason jar. Swirl to coat. Chill glass for 2–3 minutes.
  2. Blend Base: In blender, combine coffee, milk, peanut butter, chocolate syrup, and sweetener. Pulse 2–3 times. Add ice (and ice cream/banana if using).
  3. Blend Until Frosty: Blend on high 30–45 seconds until thick and creamy. Avoid over-blending.
  4. Taste & Adjust: Add syrup for sweetness, milk for thinning, or pinch of salt for depth.
  5. Serve: Pour into prepared glass. Top with whipped cream, crushed Reese’s, and drizzle of syrup. Serve immediately with straw and spoon.
