🍯 Flu/Cold Tea Bombs – Soothing & Easy 🍋

Boost your wellness with these comforting tea bombs—packed with honey, ginger, turmeric, and green tea to help soothe cold and flu symptoms naturally.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp echinacea powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green tea leaves (or 1–2 green tea bags)
  • Silicone mold for shaping (small, round molds work best)

Directions

Prepare the Mixture

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and echinacea powder (if using) until smooth.

Fill the Molds

  1. Fill each silicone mold with about 1 teaspoon of the mixture.
  2. Press green tea leaves on top of each mold. If using tea bags, cut them open and sprinkle the loose tea.

Freeze the Tea Bombs

  1. Place molds in the freezer for 1–2 hours until solid.

Store the Tea Bombs

  1. Pop frozen tea bombs out of molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Make the Tea

  1. Place one tea bomb in a mug and pour 1 cup of hot water over it.
  2. Stir until dissolved. Sip and enjoy!
