Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1¼ cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined. Do not overmix.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form and edges look set, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve warm with syrup, honey, or your favorite topping.

- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes before cooking for extra fluffiness.
