  • 1 lb button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned & stems trimmed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped (optional)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
