🍔 Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs 🧄🧀✨
Juicy beef, gooey cheese, smoky bacon, and a golden garlic-parmesan crust—these bombs are pure indulgence!
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Directions
- Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.
- Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit into a disc. Place ~2 tbsp of beef mixture in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
- Top & Bake: Place bombs seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
- Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, bacon-packed goodness!
