Juicy beef, gooey cheese, smoky bacon, and a golden garlic-parmesan crust—these bombs are pure indulgence!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix ground beef, cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and salt until well combined.
  3. Assemble Bombs: Flatten each biscuit into a disc. Place ~2 tbsp of beef mixture in the center. Fold edges over filling and pinch to seal.
  4. Top & Bake: Place bombs seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle Parmesan on top.
  5. Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy, bacon-packed goodness!
