Ingredients

For the burger filling

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: crispy bacon, pickles, or caramelized onions

For the bombs

  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (or ½ tsp garlic powder)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the filling: Brown ground beef over medium heat; drain. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire. Stir in shredded cheese and any optional add-ins. Let cool slightly.
  2. Assemble: Flatten biscuit dough pieces. Add a spoonful of filling, wrap dough around, and pinch to seal.
  3. Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic; brush over bombs. Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
  4. Bake: Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes until golden.
  5. Serve: Enjoy warm with ranch, marinara, or garlic butter.
