Ingredients
For the wings
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the lemon aioli
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions 🔥
- Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium-high.
- Season wings: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Toss wings until evenly coated.
- Grill wings: Place wings on grill. Cook 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
- Prepare aioli: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
- Serve: Arrange wings on platter, drizzle with extra lemon juice if desired, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon aioli.
