Ingredients

For the wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the lemon aioli

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions 🔥

  1. Preheat grill: Heat grill to medium-high.
  2. Season wings: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, black pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Toss wings until evenly coated.
  3. Grill wings: Place wings on grill. Cook 20–25 minutes, turning occasionally, until crispy and fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).
  4. Prepare aioli: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Serve: Arrange wings on platter, drizzle with extra lemon juice if desired, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon aioli.
