Ingredients 🛒

  • 1 (30 oz) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Nonstick cooking spray

Instructions 👩‍🍳

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray Bundt pan generously with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix base: In a large bowl, combine hash browns, sausage, onion, bell pepper, cheddar, and mozzarella.
  3. Egg mixture: In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
