Ingredients

- 1/3 cup apple sauce
- 2 cups oats
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, apple sauce, oats, almond milk, raisins/nuts, chocolate chunks, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
- Shape: Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool: Allow cookies to cool before serving.
