Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup apple sauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup raisins or nuts
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Lily’s brand recommended)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  1. Preheat: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix: In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, apple sauce, oats, almond milk, raisins/nuts, chocolate chunks, vanilla, and cinnamon. Stir until well blended.
  3. Shape: Scoop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake 15–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  5. Cool: Allow cookies to cool before serving.
