Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Optional fillings: pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Italian seasoning or dried oregano (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out crescent or pizza dough and cut into rectangles or squares.
- Fill: Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce and a generous sprinkle of cheese to each piece. Add optional toppings if desired.
- Seal: Fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal.
