Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough
  • œ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Optional fillings: pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, mushrooms, bell peppers, olives
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Italian seasoning or dried oregano (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Dough: Roll out crescent or pizza dough and cut into rectangles or squares.
  3. Fill: Add 1 tbsp pizza sauce and a generous sprinkle of cheese to each piece. Add optional toppings if desired.
  4. Seal: Fold dough over filling and press edges with a fork to seal.
