Ingredients
Burger Sauce
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
Burgers
- 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for juiciness)
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 jalapeños, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices cheddar or American cheese
- 4 burger buns
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: pickles or lettuce

- Make sauce: Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire, pepper, garlic powder, and salt. Chill until ready.
