Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup crushed tortilla chips or panko breadcrumbs (for coating)
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Directions

  1. Mix: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  2. Shape: Form mixture into small balls (1–1.5 inches).
  3. Coat: Roll each ball in crushed tortilla chips or panko until fully coated. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
