Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Chopped chives or parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray or olive oil.
  2. Line Cups: Place a slice of ham in each muffin cup, pressing to form a “cup.”
  3. Egg Mixture: Whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Assemble: Pour egg mixture into ham cups, filling about ¾ full. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes until eggs are set and cheese is melted and golden.
  6. Serve: Cool slightly, garnish with chives or parsley, and enjoy warm.
