- 8 oz cream cheese, softened

- 1–2 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Slice Rolls: Cut rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom layer in dish.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in flour.
- Assemble: Spread filling over bottom rolls. Place top layer over filling to form a sandwich.
- Bake: Bake 20–25 minutes until golden brown and set. Cool slightly on wire rack.
- Glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and extract until smooth. Drizzle over warm pastry.
