Lemon Garlic Chicken Bites 🍋🧄🍗
Juicy bite-sized chicken pieces cooked with garlic, butter, herbs, and fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ medium lemon, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Season Chicken: Toss chicken pieces with oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5–6 minutes.
- Add Garlic & Butter: Reduce heat to medium. Add 2 tablespoons butter and minced garlic. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Finish with Lemon: Stir in lemon juice and remaining 2 tablespoons butter. Toss chicken until coated in sauce.
- Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with rice, pasta, or bread.
