Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Toppings

  • Extra crumbled bacon
  • Shredded cheese
  • Chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine Base: Mix softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  3. Add Goodies: Stir in cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake: Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with extra cheese and bacon if desired. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with extra green onions. Serve warm with keto dippers like celery, cucumber slices, or keto crackers.
