Crust

Pecan Filling
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

- Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease muffin tin.
- Cut crusts: Roll out pie crust. Cut circles with biscuit cutter or cup. Press into muffin tin.
