Ingredients

  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • Âľ cup unsalted butter
  • â…” cup evaporated milk
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pan: Line a 9Ă—13-inch dish with foil or parchment. Lightly grease to prevent sticking.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
  3. Boil: Bring to rolling boil. Cook 4–5 min, stirring constantly, until soft ball stage (234–240°F / 112–115°C).
  4. Add Chocolate & Marshmallow: Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla; mix smooth. Stir in nuts if using.
  5. Pour: Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  6. Cool & Set: Let cool at room temp 2 hrs or refrigerate until firm.
  7. Cut & Serve: Lift fudge out with foil/parchment. Slice into squares. Enjoy!
