🍝 One-Pot Chicken Parmesan Mac & Cheese 🧀✨
A creamy, cheesy comfort dish with tender chicken, pasta, and rich Parmesan flavor—all made in one pot!
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- Sear Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add Liquids: Stir in marinara sauce, chicken broth, and heavy cream.
- Cook Pasta: Add macaroni. Bring to a simmer and cook 8–10 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid thickens.
- Finish Sauce: Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy hot!
