- ½ cup fresh orange juice

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or round cake pan.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk flour, coconut, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream Butter & Honey: Beat softened butter with honey until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Add Flavors: Stir in orange juice, zest, yogurt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Combine: Gradually fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool & Top: Let cake cool. Sprinkle with coconut, drizzle honey, and garnish with orange zest curls.
