Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossoms (or your favorite chocolates)

Directions

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dough: Beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy. Add egg and vanilla; mix until combined.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture until dough forms.
  4. Shape & Coat: Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Coat in granulated sugar and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  5. Bake: Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
  6. Add Chocolate: Immediately press a Sarris Milk Chocolate Blossom into each cookie. Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack.
