Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup whole milk (or 2% for lighter texture)
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped peanut butter cups
- Optional: flaky sea salt, vanilla ice cream

Instructions
- Prep & Preheat: Position rack in center of oven. Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Grease baking dish.
- Make Batter: In a bowl, combine cake mix, peanut butter, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Stir until smooth (avoid overmixing).
- Transfer & Top: Spread batter evenly in dish. Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped peanut butter cups on top. Do not stir.
- Bake: Bake 30–35 minutes. Check at 30 minutes: edges set, center springy, toothpick shows moist crumbs (not wet batter).
- Cool & Serve: Cool in pan 10 minutes. For cleaner slices, cool another 10–15 minutes on rack. Serve warm with flaky sea salt or ice cream.
