Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

- Pour pistachio mixture over crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
