- 1 onion (100 g), finely chopped
- 2 chicken breasts or ground chicken (400 g)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 120 g shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Oil for frying

- Prepare potatoes: Boil potatoes until tender. Mash with flour, 1 egg, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- Cook filling: In a skillet, sauté onion, garlic, and mushrooms until softened. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until done. Stir in parsley and shredded cheese. Let cool slightly.
- Shape rolls: Take a portion of potato mixture, flatten into a patty, and spoon filling in the center. Fold edges to seal and shape into rolls.
- Coat: Beat remaining egg. Dip rolls in egg, then lightly coat with flour or breadcrumbs.
- Fry: Heat oil in a pan. Fry rolls until golden brown and crispy on all sides.
