Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix (or any pancake/baking mix)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Optional: ranch dressing or hot sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar cheese, Bisquick, garlic powder, and paprika. Mix until fully combined.
