Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (6–8 oz)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. SautĆ© shrimp: In the same skillet, add remaining oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make Alfredo sauce: Add garlic to skillet and sautĆ© for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Top with shrimp and salmon.
  6. Serve: Garnish with herbs and cracked pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
