Salmon Shrimp Alfredo

Rich, creamy, and packed with flavor—this Alfredo pasta brings together grilled salmon, juicy shrimp, and silky sauce for a gourmet dinner at home!

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet (6–8 oz)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta: Boil fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook salmon: Season salmon with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet with 1 tbsp oil over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Sauté shrimp: In the same skillet, add remaining oil and cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. Make Alfredo sauce: Add garlic to skillet and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in cream and simmer for 2–3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine: Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat. Top with shrimp and salmon.
  6. Serve: Garnish with herbs and cracked pepper. Serve hot and enjoy!
