Ingredients

  • 4 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
  • ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine stuffing, sausage, Parmesan, cheddar, and eggs. Mix until evenly combined.
  3. Shape Balls: Scoop mixture and roll into golf ball-sized portions. Place on prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with gravy or dipping sauce.
