Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ΒΌ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Β½ tsp sugar
  • ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine Base: In a large bowl, mix shrimp, cucumber, garlic, and cilantro.
  2. Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
