A refreshing, light, and flavorful salad with juicy shrimp, crisp cucumber, and a tangy sesame dressing.
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ΒΌ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Β½ tsp sugar
- ΒΌ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine Base: In a large bowl, mix shrimp, cucumber, garlic, and cilantro.
- Make Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss Salad: Pour dressing over shrimp mixture. Toss gently to coat.
