Instructions

- Sauté Veggies: In same skillet, add oil or butter. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.

- Add Shrimp: Add shrimp to skillet. Cook 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque. Return sausage to pan and stir to combine.
- Serve: Spoon mixture over warm rice. Garnish with extra black pepper or hot sauce if desired.
