Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribeye Steaks 🥩🍲
Juicy ribeye steaks slow-cooked with ranch and au jus seasoning for a tender, flavorful dish.
Ingredients
Main Proteins
- 2 ribeye steaks (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680 g total)
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 packet au jus seasoning
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep: Season ribeye steaks lightly with salt and pepper.
- Layer: Place steaks in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning packets evenly over the meat.
- Add: Place butter on top of the steaks and scatter pepperoncini peppers around.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until steaks are tender.
- Serve: Plate steaks with the rich sauce from the slow cooker. Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
