Ingredients

Main Proteins

  • 2 ribeye steaks (approx. 1.5 lbs / 680 g total)

Seasoning Ingredients

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 1 packet au jus seasoning
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 6–8 pepperoncini peppers
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep: Season ribeye steaks lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer: Place steaks in the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus seasoning packets evenly over the meat.
  3. Add: Place butter on top of the steaks and scatter pepperoncini peppers around.
  4. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until steaks are tender.
  5. Serve: Plate steaks with the rich sauce from the slow cooker. Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
