Steak & Cheese Quesadillas 🥩🧀🌮✨
Golden, cheesy quesadillas stuffed with juicy steak, sautéed peppers, and onions—perfect for a quick, hearty meal.
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin, flank, or ribeye), thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)
- 2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
- Salsa, sour cream, or guacamole (for dipping)
Directions
- Cook steak: Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Cook steak slices 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

- Cook: Heat butter in skillet. Cook quesadillas 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
- Serve: Slice into wedges. Enjoy hot with salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.
Tips
- Extra flavor: Add jalapeños or chipotle for a smoky kick.
- Cheese swap: Try Pepper Jack for extra spice.
