Ingredients
Crust Layer

Creamy Filling
- 1 block full-fat cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 box instant French vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold whole milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Pinch of fine sea salt
Fruit & Topping Layers
- 2 medium bananas, sliced (≈1½ cups)
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, diced (reserve 6 whole for garnish)
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar)
- Extra graham cracker crumbs, for sprinkling
- Optional: drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Prepare Crust: Mix crumbs and butter. Divide among 6 cups (8–10 oz). Press firmly. Chill.
- Make Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth (1 min). Add condensed milk; beat glossy (2 min). Whisk in pudding mix, milk, vanilla, and salt. Mix 2 min until thick. Rest 5 min.
- Layer Cups: • Layer 1: 2 tbsp filling over crust • Layer 2: 2–3 banana slices • Layer 3: 2 tbsp diced strawberries • Layer 4: 2 tbsp filling, spread gently
- Finish & Chill: Top with whipped cream, sprinkle crumbs, and garnish with whole strawberry. Cover lightly. Chill ≥1 hr.
