Sweet, tangy, and savory meatballs coated in cranberry BBQ sauce—perfect for appetizers or a cozy dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make Meatballs: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  3. Bake: Arrange meatballs on the baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Make Sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce; stir until smooth and warmed.
  5. Coat & Serve: Add baked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.
