Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup onion, finely chopped
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make Meatballs: Combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Bake: Arrange meatballs on the baking sheet and bake 15–20 minutes until cooked through.
- Make Sauce: In a saucepan over low heat, combine cranberry sauce and barbecue sauce; stir until smooth and warmed.
- Coat & Serve: Add baked meatballs to the sauce and toss to coat. Serve warm with toothpicks or over rice.
